I followed a recipe that caught my attention in the blog <a title=\"Recipes on the Net\" href=\"http:\/\/receitasnarede.com\/receita\/bolachas-de-aveia-coco-e-mel-cabaz-de-natal-1\/ver \" target=\"_blank\">Recipes on the Net<\/a> but I changed some ingredients. They are a spectacle!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>125g Flour<\/li>\n<li>150 g Brown Sugar<\/li>\n<li>200g grated Coconut<\/li>\n<li>200g of whole Oats<\/li>\n<li>100g unsalted Butter<\/li>\n<li>3 tbl. sp. of Honey<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tbl. sp. milk soup<\/li>\n<li>1 tbl. sp. lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>75g Walnuts<\/li>\n<li>75g Almonds not peeled<\/li>\n<li>1 tea sp. Cinnamon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparation:<\/h3>\n<p>Grind the almonds and walnuts and then mix all the dry ingredients.<br \/>\nMelt the butter with the honey in the microwave for a few seconds, then add the milk. Join to the solid mixture and stir.<br \/>\nBreak the eggs, stir them with a fork and add them too. Stir the entire mixture well with your hands.<br \/>\nMold the cookies and place on a tray lined with parchment paper or silicone mat.<br \/>\nReturn to oven preheated to 180 \u00b0 C for 20 minutes.
