What is organic farming
It is distinguished from other production systems because it excludes almost all synthetic chemicals, uses cultural revolutions, crop residues, animal manure, considerations, and all organic waste from exploitation.
Furthermore, the techniques used contribute to the balance of the ecosystem through biological control, thus reducing pollution.
We can then say that organic production techniques and uses products compatible with an economically viable agriculture and obtaining quality products.

- Allow farmers a better appreciation of their products and diginity of their profession as well as the ability to stay in their communities
- Ensure consumers a choice to consume organically produced food without synthetic pesticide residues and therefore better for human health and the environment.
